Do you allow pets?
Yes we do! We have a two pet limit per booking with a $250 pet fee. We do have rules around housing them on the property and inside the house. Please message us before booking with any questions, or to see our house rules regarding pets.
Does your home have drivable beach access?
Our street does not have direct, drivable beach access, but we are one street over from one that does. It is very easy to drive out to Hwy 87, head one street over, and down to the beach. You can even do this on a golf cart in Crystal Beach! Coming Soon is a golf cart accessible boardwalk, direct to the beach from our street, to be built by summer’s end 2023!
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation within 30 days of check-in, after that you will receive a 50% refund up until 7 days before check-in. Unfortunately, within 7 days of check-in, we cannot issue a refund.
Because life happens we highly recommend you buy travel insurance. Travel Protection from Nationwide Insurance is a great choice, it is relatively inexpensive, and you can purchase it here.
Is your home handicap accessible?
Our home does have an elevator that makes it accessible for those with mobility challenges. The charge for use is $100 per stay and it does require a signed use agreement. It is not handicap certified, but it will accommodate a small to average size wheelchair. The door opening is 38 in, and the interior dimensions are 41 in x 48 in
How do I receive information on house entry and my stay after I complete my booking?
You will receive messages after booking and then again before your stay that will guide you through all the details. Our home has smart lock entry, no keys required, and you will be given access codes 24-48 hrs. prior to your arrival, once all necessary documents have been signed.
Where can I get more detailed information about your home or my stay?
We have put together a beautiful Touchstay digital guidebook for guest use. Upon booking, you will receive a link to view and download the guidebook to your phone. It has in depth information on all aspects of our home and the amenities we offer, as well as all kinds of local information for planning you stay.
How do I rent a golf cart or reserve other amenities for my stay?
We have everything you need to know about renting golf carts, booking private chefs, fishing charters, cakes for special occasions, and much more in our guidebook, which you will receive the link to after booking.
Do you provide all the linens for the home, or do we need to bring our own?
Yes! All linens are provided. We have 100% cotton, high quality sheets on all our beds and we provide cotton bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths in all bathrooms, enough for all guests. We also provide large, cotton beach towels.
How many cars can I park at your home?
We have a very large driveway space. It can easily fit 10 average size cars, more if the parking is efficient. We only ask that you keep ALL cars in the driveway please. Our street is narrow, and it makes it very difficult for the neighbors if cars park there.
